Beef Brisket Platter

We stopped for the night at an area hotel on our way from Ohio to Florida and I was excited to see a BBQ place close by. I ordered the Brisket platter online and it was ready at the indicated time. It was some of the best brisket that I have ever had. Would definitely recommend.

Smoked BBQ Beans

BBQ Pork platter with the Baked beans are the best ever. Had a side of the absolutely flavorful cole slaw too. The next day i went back for more.

Pulled Pork

We ordered the pulled pork and chicken for a party and it was a hit. Everyone loved the food! had many inquiries on where we purchased and referred them all to Fire It Up.

Beef Brisket

The brisket and smoked wings are amazing! Got a to-go order ended up finishing it in the parking lot after trying it. Collard greens are out of this world! Will be back soon. Thank you!
